CC Insulation Cylinder(shielding)

CC Insulation Cylinder(shielding) is specially designed for mono-crystal silicon furnace during CZ process. Its structure is quite different from the one of normal cc vendor’s product, because it is assembled by segments, which can absorbed the thermal strain during the processing.

Advantages：

l Not necessary to modify the original designed size of the thermal zone.

l It saves energy, because its thermal conductivity is less than the one of graphite, and the former is only 1/2~1/5 of the latter.

l It is not easy to break as graphite, because its strength is much bigger than graphite.

l With good thermal creep resistance, because it is reinforced by carbon fiber.

l It keeps stable shape sizes under critical thermal zone, because its stress is easy to be absorbed by the specially designed structure.

l Its life-time is 2.5 times longer than the one of graphite.
